In coastal holiday terms, Sands End boasts all the key elements. 5 minute stroll to the beach. Elevated high enough to have stunning views but not too high to make a beach trip feel like a full blown workout. Space, both inside and out, to come together or find time alone.

Recently reborn following a complete internal renovation Sand Ends is the perfect combination of rustic charm on the outside and modern creature comfort on the inside. The home itself is set over two separately accessed stories, and comprises 4 bedrooms, an open plan lounge and kitchen area with offset dining area and two decks. Other key features include wood fire, reverse cycle air-conditioning, ceiling fans in all bedrooms and off street parking. In addition to the breathtaking views, the surrounds offer spectacular native gardens, grassed area and excellent privacy. There are even two secret direct access tracks to the beach for the intrepid explorer. For those less adventurous, a 200 metre stroll will take you past the Wye River Hotel, General Store and onto the sand. Suited to both families and friends, come enjoy the simple pleasures Sands End has to offer.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
