Set back a mere 100m from the Great Ocean Road and elevated just enough to capture magnificent ocean vistas, this home offers the perfect recipe for an easy, relaxing Wye River holiday.

Experience a memorable beach holiday without stairs, within walking distance to the beach and a general store, where you can park your car and explore the beautiful surroundings of Wye River.

Single level and easily accessible from the driveway, the design of the property is simple yet impressive. The floor plan centres around two distinct indoor living zones and two outdoor areas. Each compliments the other with the kitchen, dining and partially separated lounge spilling onto the deck, all boasting classic ocean views. Should the wind turn onshore, this is when the rear deck comes into its own.

All living areas feature polished timber floorboards and elevated ceilings with roofline atrium windows. Other features across these zones include tasteful artworks, Nectre fireplace, wall mounted TV, stone bench tops, Bosch appliances, wall mounted heaters in all bedrooms, undercover outdoor dining, clothes dryer and more.

Flanking to the north is the master bedroom. Super spacious, fully en suited and taking in gun barrel views to wake up to or just enjoy while reading from the built-in daybed.

The second and third double bedrooms on the south side both share a generous main bathroom complete with built in bath and separate shower.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
