No more than a 5 minute downhill stroll will land you at the gateway of the Erskine River, supermarket or bottom shops. Yes, it does take a little longer returning home on the uphill journey but it is a acceptable trade off for the convenience.
The home itself is perfect for larger families or groups of friends. Set across two stories and featuring a multiple indoor and outdoor living areas. The upper level comprises of open plan kitchen with Miele appliances and stone bench tops, spacious living and dining area warmed by wood heater and reverse cycle heating/cooling, timber floors throughout and plenty of glass, the property oozes natural light and warmth. This upper level also accommodates 2 bedrooms (master with ensuite and BIR) and 2 modern bathrooms overlooking the rear landscaped courtyard.
The courtyard is a real feature in itself. An expansive deck area leading to a stand alone 2 bedroom one bathroom studio. Complete with pool table and TV this addition to the main home is perfect for the kids to hide out.
The entry, lower level comprises of 2 bedrooms, living space, central bathroom and separate laundry/kitchenette, providing a great dual living arrangement for the house.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principal place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.
Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
