Amy Cottage is a beautifully appointed three bedroom cottage, circa 1940. Centrally located in Moonah, 150 metres from a supermarket, shops, specialty/department stores and restaurants. Rate is for four guests! Complimentary Wi-Fi and secure vehicle parking. Rate is for 1 to 4 persons with up to 6 guests being catered for at additional cost of $45 per adult and $35 per night per child.

The spacious master bedroom has a queen bed, LCD television and chaise lounge. The second bedroom contains a queen bed, ensuite with twin basins, shower and separate toilet and third has twin king single beds. Quality linen and electric blankets are fitted.
There is a separate formal lounge room complete with large LCD TV, DVD player, Complimentary guest DVD library, as well as a range of games to play and books to read. This is air conditioned and has climate controlled heating for your comfort.

The spacious well-appointed kitchen is complete with dishwasher, microwave, oven/hotplates, large refrigerator, sandwich-maker, rice cooker, slow cooker as well as cutlery and crockery.

The family/dining room contains a second LCD television, chaise lounge and 6 seat dining table and is air conditioned with climate controlled heating.

The contemporary main bathroom contains a bath with shower, hair dryer and heated towel rail. Well equipped laundry with washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board.

There is an outdoor setting amidst the fragrant cottage garden as well as undercover outdoor patio and barbecue area. BBQ is complimentary.
