TABITHA HILL VILLA
Tabitha Hill Villa is a modern, four bedroom villa set in a private, one acre garden with distant views over to the Watagans to the West. The villa can accommodate up to 8 people. There are four bedrooms, one of which has a queen sized bed and en-suite. There are two bedrooms with queen sized beds and one bedroom with two king singles. There is a family bathroom and toilet and a fully equipped laundry.
Kitchen appliances include fridge/freezer, range, microwave, kettle, toaster and dish washer. The kitchen is fully equipped with glasses, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The gas BBQ is on the covered back verandah and BBQ equipment is supplied. Supplies can readily be obtained from the extensive shopping centre in Cessnock just 6km away. The Villa is fully air conditioned with three separate zones across the living and bedroom areas.
Both the Cottage and the Villa are pet friendly.

- Up to 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental
- 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.
Generally, unless specified arrival time is 2pm, departure time is 10:30am. or by arrangement.
Tabitha Hill Villa can accommodate 8 people across 4 bedrooms. If your groups exceeds the maximum number we can accommodate please consider combining the Villa and the Cottage. (No mobile bedding such as airbeds or similar is to be used at either establishment.)
Two night minimum stay period applies year round. Please noteÃÂ Tabitha Hill is a non smoking establishment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancellation is caused by the guest more than 6 weeks prior to the agreed date of arrival money paid is refunded in full less a $50.00 administration fee. If cancellation is caused by the guest less than 6 weeks prior to the agreed date of arrival money paid is non-refundable unless the property is re-let for the entire period. If the property is re-let for the entire period and at the same tariff money paid is refunded in full less a $30.00 termination fee.
