Description
The three bedroom country homestead offers room to move for groups of up to nine people. A spacious air conditioned lounge & dining area adjoin the well appointed kitchen. There are two bathrooms each with their own large two-person corner spa for your comfort (towels and linen provided).
Free wi-fi and a DVD player with free movies (kids movies too) are perfect for a night in front of the fire. Have a dip in the heated indoor pool, a stroll in the bush or relax on your verandah sipping a wine from one of the many award winning wineries nearby while overlooking the National Park only metres away.
Challenge your friends to a golf tournament on the private nine-hole bush golf course that winds through the 28acres surrounding the homestead or perhaps the mini-golf is more your style?
Rates: From just $290 per midweek night and $590 per weekend night for up to six guests. Extra adults $50 per night. Extra children $30 per night. Maximum nine guests.
A two-night minimum stay applies. One toddler under 3 years on own bedding can stay for free.

Rates from 295 AUD to 440 AUD per night
- Check-in after: 2:00:00 PM
- Check-out before: 10:00:00 AM
- Up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental
- 14 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.

50% deposit upon booking, booking is confirmed only upon clearance of deposit. The balance will be taken upon check-in from the same card unless other arrangements are made.
Groups ( 1 cottage or more) must pay in full before arrival. A bond of up to $50 p/p may be charged for groups of 4 or more. The bond will be refunded on the day after you checkout provided you adhere to our policies & leave the cottage in a reasonable condition.
On Special event weekends such as concert weekends deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances unless the cottage is re-booked for a similar amount
In the unfortunate event of a cancellation the following fees will apply to any refund due, with the time taken from the date of arrival.
More than 28 days notice..Full refund less $30 administration fee.
Between 14 & 28 days notice..10% of tariff plus $30 administration fee.
Less than 14 days..No Refund unless cottage is re-booked for the same rate. Then full refund applies.
No refund for groups ( more than 1 cottage ) unless cottages are re-booked)
On Special Event & concert weekends there will be no refund of deposits unless the cottage is re-booked for a similar amount. We will not accept concert cancellations or any other excuse as a reason to cancel a booking on these weekends.
