Enjoy the spacious grounds of Valley View Cottage with its breathtaking Hunter Valley views, patios, hill top gazebo with outdoor fireplace, gardens and grounds, and resident wildlife, birds and kangaroos.

Valley View Cottage accommodation has 4 bedrooms with linen & towels ready for your arrival.

Bedding Configuration: 1 x queen bedroom, 2 x double bedrooms and 1 x 2 single beds bedroom.
Rates reflect the number of guests staying for mid week dates:
$250 per night for 2 guests $75 per extra guest per night.
Weekend rates are at full house rate.
Long weekends are 3 nights minimum, Easter 4 nights: at full house rates
Pets by arrangement only and $25 applies for any pet to stay.

Comforts include attractively furnished lounge and dining areas with views, a log fire and air conditioning. The well equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, large fridge, oven etc. Together with the bathroom of shower and toilet, there is additionally a fully equipped laundry with a second separate toilet.

Outdoor areas suitable for day or night dining include 2 large patios, covered verandas with tables and seating, and a gas BBQ . Enjoy the fruits of the Valley while seated in the garden hill top gazebo with wonderful views, and a courtyard outdoor fireplace.

Valley View Cottage is accessible to Hunter Valley wineries & cellar doors, olive oil & gourmet food trails, cafes & restaurants, hot air ballooning & joy flights, golfing, horse riding and for day trips to Barrington Tops and Port Stephens.

Valley View is somewhat unique in that it does not have any other business activity on the property.

Enjoy Valley View Cottage for a romantic unhurried break. Or invite up to 7 friends or family for a few days in the Hunter Valley Wine Country. Either way enjoy our self contained cottage accommodation, and 5 acres are yours... and yours alone.

We accept pets by arrangement at Valley View Cottage. A $25 pet fee applies for their stay.

RATES:
Mid-week rates are $250 per night for 2, minimum 2 nights stay. Additional guests are $75 per adult per night, $35 per child under 16 years per night.

Weekends at Valley View Cottage are a set price of $1280 [for under 6 guests] to $1400 [for 6 to 8 guests] for a 2 night stay - either Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday when booked direct with us.

Long weekends are $1950 for a 3 night stay. This includes the Australia Day Long Weekend, Anzac Day Long Weekend, June Long Weekend and October Long Weekend. Easter is 4 nights for $2600.

Most pets are allowed to be with you in the house with due care and full responsibility on your part.

There are 5 acres of grounds to enjoy with your pet. As farm fencing surrounds the property please respect our garden, and our vineyard, cattle grazing neighbours, and abundant local wildlife.
