- If your BBQ gas bottle runs out of gas there are exchange depots locally, please supply the receipt for a full refund;
- No Commercial activity is to take place at the property;
- Tents, caravans and other structures are not to be erected.
Cancellation Policy - booking and admin fees, extras and linen hire charges are non-refundable.
