The large 2 story home contains full kitchen dining and living areas with its large deck perfect for them family bbqs, whilst sitting back and enjoying the stunning prestige views of Jervis Bay.
The Upstairs has high ceilings with fans and glass sliding doors that open onto the large deck to really capture to cool summer breezes. There is also a fireplace upstairs for the cooler months.

A $500 bond is to be paid in full with your final payment, this bond will be refunded within 7 to 10 days after vacating.

- Bond: 500 AUD
- Cleaning Fee: 162 AUD
- Up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental
- 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.

Note: Owner's Booking Fee is included in Cleaning fee.
If the booking is cancelled prior to two months before the date of arrival a fee of $37 will be charged along with the $37 booking fee and any other booking fees occurred from third-party sites. If the booking is cancelled within two months of arrival you forego the whole amount if we cant find another tenant to occupy this property for the time you have booked. If we do find another tenant then 15% of the rent will be charged as a cancellation fee.
