There is three living areas, a beautiful kitchen with plenty of room to move. Boasting a huge deck with panoramic views of beautiful Jervis Bay all you need for that stunning Sunday brunch or your lazy afternoon BBQ. Min 2 night stay.
A $500 bond is to be paid in full with your final payment, this bond will be refunded within 7 to 10 days after vacating.

Note: Owner's Booking Fee is included in Cleaning fee.
If the booking is cancelled prior to two months before the date of arrival a fee of $37 will be charged along with the $37 booking fee and any other booking fees occurred from third-party sites. If the booking is cancelled within two months of arrival you forego the whole amount if we cant find another tenant to occupy this property for the time you have booked. If we do find another tenant then 15% of the rent will be charged as a cancellation fee.
