By the Beach B and B Holiday Apartments is an architect designed, waterfront self-contained apartment complex in an idyllic setting - perfect for couples.
***Please note: We have 4 separate apartments each sleeping 2 people and each with their own bathroom***
Your hosts Jan and Greg Woods are committed to ensuring that you enjoy the perfect setting in their complex a few steps from beautiful and peaceful Palm Beach at Sanctuary Point.
The complex comprises their home plus four energy efficient, purpose built self-contained apartments with private entrances designed for couples. No children/babies or pets. The apartments are interconnected to allow multiple renting for family and friends. The design is environmentally friendly with full insulation, solar electricity, underground water storage, grey water recycling, heat pump and recirculating hot water pump. You are supplied with a breakfast hamper of your choice so that you can prepare your breakfast in the comfort of your own apartment.

There are some beautiful bush walks and beaches. Dolphin and Whale Watching at certain times of the year.

Rates from 170 AUD to 322 AUD per night
- Check-in after: 2:00:00 PM
- Check-out before: 11:00:00 AM
- Up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 0% of the rental
- 14 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.
- All apartments and outdoor areas are NON-SMOKING.
- Weekly rates by negotiation.
- Multiple apartment rates can be negotiated.
- Arrival after 2.00pm - departure by 11.00am.
- Sorry no pets.
- Minimum 2 night stay.
- 50% deposit by Visa or Mastercard or direct bank deposit required to confirm booking.
- Bookings will be held for 3 days pending arrival of deposit.
- Online bookings require 100% payment at time of booking.
