This one bedroom cottage is perfect for your next getaway, there is a queen bed in the main room and also a rumpus room that has 2 sofa beds that are available to use (please refer to photos)
The lounge room contains a 3D TV including the glasses that is available to use and a large fully self contained kitchen
In the rumpus room there is also a second large TV and a pool table this connects with the outdoor entertaining area with a BBQ.
Sanctuary Point is located in the amazing Bay & Basin, set along the waterways of St Georges Basin there is a nearby boatramp and the property has plenty of room for parking the boat, there is also 2 kayaks for you to use at your own risk.
Nearby you will find the St Georges Basin Country Club, plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes and plenty of water sport activities.

- Up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental

Note: Owner's Booking Fee is included in Cleaning fee.
If the booking is cancelled prior to two months before the date of arrival a fee of $37 will be charged along with the $37 booking fee and any other booking fees occurred from third-party sites. If the booking is cancelled within two months of arrival you forego the whole amount if we cant find another tenant to occupy this property for the time you have booked. If we do find another tenant then 15% of the rent will be charged as a cancellation fee.
