The main living room on the first floor is comfortable and homely, with a generous sofa to relax on. This central area includes a big screen Smart TV and Bluetooth speaker to play your favourite tunes. With timber look flooring and a large wooden dining table, the open plan layout makes for easy entertaining. The light and bright kitchen has everything you will need to prepare holiday meals, with a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, full size fridge/freezer and ample bench space. There is even a coffee machine so you can enjoy a freshly brewed cafe-quality cuppa before you head out for the day to explore.

The cool sea breeze and spectacular ocean views set a fabulous scene for entertaining out on the generous covered deck. Relax around the big outdoor table as you eat great food off the BBQ, drink yummy drinks and chat together into the evening.

The total sleeping capacity is of this property is 14 guests when travelling with children, however, if travelling without children then no more than 8 adults are permitted to stay, in 5 bedrooms (3 featuring air conditioning) , each boasting a TV and built-in robe. The practical layout has a modern bathroom on each floor, plus a spacious ensuite with spa bath.

This lovely location offers a lot of options for your holiday. A 10-minute downhill walk will take you to the soft sands and picturesque coastline of Collingwood or Orion Beach, and you'll also reach the local shopping village where you can find groceries, restaurants and takeaway options.

Just a street back from the holiday house, you'll find walking tracks through beautiful bushland. At the end of your street are the lush green grounds of Vincentia Golf Club. It is a 5-minute drive to the starting point if you want to try your hand at the 18 challenging holes.
