St Georges Basin is a large, protected picturesque lake which offers adversity of water sports and is ideal for fly fishing, prawning , sailboarding , water skiing, canoeing, bushwalking and bird watching. Swim at Palm Beach ideal for young children or visit Jervis Bay Beaches, Hyams Beach , Jervis Bay and Booderee National Parks. Undoubtedly, the crescendo at the end of a day will be to settle by the heatherwith your favourite beverage and recount the day's discoveries. This home has everything you will need for your next getaway.

- Up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental
- 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.

Note: Owner's Booking Fee is included in Cleaning fee.
If the booking is cancelled prior to two months before the date of arrival a fee of $37 will be charged along with the $37 booking fee and any other booking fees occurred from third-party sites. If the booking is cancelled within two months of arrival you forego the whole amount if we cant find another tenant to occupy this property for the time you have booked. If we do find another tenant then 15% of the rent will be charged as a cancellation fee.
