Rates from 190 AUD to 350 AUD per night

- Cleaning Fee: 132 AUD
- Up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental

- LINEN
Sanctuary On The Water is fully equipped with all your bedroom and bathroom linen, however you will need to supply your own beach towels.
- WIFI
Sanctuary On The Water does supply free Wi-Fi for your stay however we cannot guarantee the reliability of the network.
- SECURITY BOND
A security bond of $500 must be paid on all reservations prior to your arrival.
- ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
On the day of your arrival check in is from 2pm, when the property may be available for an earlier check in we will notify you. On the day of departure check out is strictly 10am, If a late check out should be available we will notify upon arrival.
Please Note: Extra Cleaning fees will apply if the property is not left in a simliar state of which it was found.
$50 BBQ cleaning fee will be applied if the BBQ is left unclean after use.
