Seascape is a bright, self-contained studio across the road from the white sands of Hyams Beach. It is the perfect place to escape to for a romantic weekend away or longer holiday. Just a two minute walk to the beach.

– A short walk: Hyams Beach Store and cafe, White Sands coastal bushwalking track to Vincentia
– Views: Filtered water views from the front deck through the trees

– Layout: Spacious studio with Queen bed and separate living space
– Guests: Maximum of 2 guests, plus infants in cots
– Kitchen: Fully equipped with oven, cooktop, integrated fridge/freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and microwave
– Bathroom/Laundry: Shower, toilet and vanity - No laundry facilities
– Heating/cooling: Reverse cycle air conditioning
– Access/dangers: Access via driveway gate, yard not fully fenced
– Parking: Street parking or in 1 small car in driveway
– Outdoor Space: Lawn area, deck with BBQ, outdoor day bed
– Pets: None permitted

B E D R O O M

– Linen: The bed will be made, and beach towels, bath towels, bath mats, hand towels and washers are supplied
– Queen bed and walk through to living/kitchen room
