Quinns Retreat

Located in a quiet little street in Quinns Rocks, this is a fantastic home for a family vacation

The home features:
Master bedroom with queen bed - ensuite with spa bath
Bedroom two with double bed
Bedroom three with two single beds
Bedroom four with two single beds

The large family room has the benefit of Foxtel for those wanting to be entertained inside and those with a bit more energy will enjoy the large pool with built-in spa area and under the alfresco area, there is table tennis which both the children and adults will love.

The home also benefits from Wi-Fi a must for keeping in contact with family and friends back home :)

Please note all arrival times are 2 pm and on-wards and all departures times are strictly 10 am or before

This is already written in our house rules - We do not allow parties or group gatherings or events at this property. Only 8 guests are to be on the property. Failure to comply you will be asked to vacate.

LOCATION:
Quinns Rocks is a lovely beachside suburb but you may want to travel further afield. There is a bus stop located on Santa Barbara Parade which is approximately a 400 meter walk. From here you can catch the 482 which can take you to Clarkson Train Station and from there you can be in the Perth CBD within 35 minutes. For other details of getting about please contact me when booking I am more than happy to assist where possible.
If you wanted to hire a car while here I can highly recommend Mindarie Car Hire, they can even deliver your hire car to the property if availability allows
For airport pick up and drop offs we recommend Mark from Alba Transfers. Once again when booking please let us know if we can assist you with any further details
