Description
Beachcomber is a modern, comfortable home away from home, fully equipped with everything to make your stay as relaxed and enjoyable as possible. Recently refurbished it is the perfect accommodation choice.
There are 4 bedrooms 3 with queen sized beds, one with ensuite bathroom, two with ocean views and a bunk room sleeping 4. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
The living areas are spacious and light filled with expansive sea views from all aspects there are ceiling fans, airconditioning and a wood burning heater for cosy winters. For times when guests are not enjoying the sights and experiences of the island there are games, puzzles, television, ipod dock, DVD and CD players. Books on Kangaroo Island are provided for guests use, as are walking maps, and information folder.
The kitchen contains all the utensils and appliances you would expect to find in a city home.
The deck enjoys panoramic views of the water, beach, and headlands while still providing guests with privacy. There is a gas BBQ for easy cooking.
Beneath Beachcomber is a games room with pool table, second television and CD player.

Rates from 280 AUD per night
- Check-in after: 2:00:00 PM

- Bond: 500 AUD
- Cleaning Fee: 100 AUD
- Up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental
- 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.
For the comfort and safety of all guests we have a no smoking policy within the house. Should guests smoke outside of the property we ask that all buts are removed. We also do not allow pets at Beachcomber as the surroundings are a haven for wildlife and even the best behaved pet can cause anxiety in these animals. Some guests have allergies and therefore we cannot allow pets inside the house.
All water to the property is rainwater from our tanks. We ask guests to please be considerate when taking showers or running taps. We have a finite amount of water which is only replenished when it rains.
We are proud of our property and enjoy sharing it with our guests, however we do ask that this is respected and the property is kept clean and tidy and guests leave it in the manner in which it was on arrival. Excess cleaning charges or breakages will be deducted from the bond.
No pets.
No smoking, parties, or events.
Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $500.
