Cassini Beach House provides luxury accommodation such as king and queen sized beds, 3 bathrooms, European appliances, Bose sound system, designer furnishings and exceptional art pieces. Cassini has been awarded 4 1/2 stars for its exceptional level of quality, design and facilities.
There are 2 separate living areas and an expansive deck which enjoys unsurpassed views from American River across to Kangaroo Head, whilst still maintaining the privacy and seclusion that guests prefer.
The property is flexible and caters perfectly for families, couples and groups of friends seeking a relaxing, comfortable holiday experience.
Imagine yourself relaxing on the deck or walking the white sands of Island Beach, you could be the only people on the beach, or just feel like you are.
Local wildlife regularly visit the property.
Blue Wrens hop around the deck hoping for tasty insects and wallabies make their nocturnal pilgrimage to the beach through the bushland, dolphins cruise the shallow waters seeking the catch of the day and the Pelican clan are always on the lookout for a successful fisherman.
There is always something to see and do at Island Beach Escape.
All bookings must be a minimum of 3 nights and in high season, 6 night minimum- unless prior arrangement with owner.

Rates from 380 AUD per night
- Check-in after: 2:00:00 PM
- Check-out before: 10:00:00 AM
- Bond: 500 AUD
- Cleaning Fee: 100 AUD
- Up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental
- 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.
For the comfort and safety of all guests we have a no smoking policy within the house. Should guests smoke outside of the property we ask that all buts are removed. We also do not allow pets at Cassini as the surroundings are a haven for wildlife and even the best behaved pet can cause anxiety in these animals. Some guests have allergies and therefore we cannot allow pets inside the house.
All water to the property is rainwater from our tanks. We ask guests to please be considerate when taking showers or running taps. We have a finite amount of water which is only replenished when it rains.
We are proud of our property and enjoy sharing it with our guests, however we do ask that this is respected and the property is kept clean and tidy and guests leave it in the manner in which it was on arrival. Excess cleaning charges, breakages or non compliance with house rules will be deducted from the bond.
Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $500.
No pets.
