Description
Our cottage is located just 750 meters from Katoomba town centre, so you have easy access to the shops and cafes yet it backs onto a nature reserve, so its an incredibly calm and quiet spot.
The house has two bedrooms, a bathroom and an open plan living room with a slow combustion fireplace & kitchen.
Both bedrooms have queen size beds, plus one of them has an extra double mattress that can be laid on the floor and theres a fold out sofa bed in the front room which enables the cottage to accommodate a maximum of 8 people in total.
Cleaning fee includes linen and towels, and we offer free unlimited wifi internet.
The house has a very private garden at the back with a deck, small gas BBQ and a hot spa. Families with kids might be happy to know there is a little cubby house for the kids to play in and bikes in the shed you can you to cycle around (just note there are lots of hills!).
We always make sure there is some basics in the pantry and fridge, so feel free to use the foods you can find in the kitchen.
A portacot and high chair can be made available for families with small kids.
We are available via phone, text and email and can have someone come and help with any urgent matters within a couple hours if need be. But you have the place completely to yourself!
The cottage is across the road from historic Gully and Catalina racecourse and pond. Its worth going around the course on foot or bikes. There is also a leisure centre just across the road (it has an indoor & outdoor swimming pools and a huge kids indoor play area) and with Three Sisters only a short drive away, plus all the beautiful walking tracks nearby, there is no shortage of activities to do!
Train station is approx. 1km from the house.
Extra fees for each additional occupant are: $30.00 per night.

Pricing
Rates from 130 AUD to 280 AUD per night
- Check-in after: 3:00:00 PM
- Check-out before: 10:00:00 AM
- Bond: 300 AUD
- Cleaning Fee: 90 AUD
- Up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental
- 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.
The above rates are for up to 3 occupants. Normally, there is a minimum stay at this property of 2 nights, but this policy can vary across the different seasons.
Extra fees for each additional occupant are: AU$30.00 per night.
The owner's service fee is included in the cleaning fee.
