TERMS and CONDITIONS
EXPRESS CHECK-IN: Save time at check-in by authorising us to charge the balance of accommodation to your supplied credit card on the morning of your arrival. To take advantage of this service please contact us via Aabode.com.
Normal check-in time is 2pm - earlier check-in may be available if arriving early. Simply call Reception on (07) 4957 4401 and we will endeavour to assist as much as possible.
BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Your deposit is equivalent to 1 night of your total rental/accommodation cost.
1. Cancellations made outside 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date will incur an administration fee of $44.00, however cancellations made within 48 hours prior to Arrival Date will incur an administration fee equivalent to 100% pf the deposit paid (i.e. equivalent to one nights' rental fee)
2. As our apartments range from the 2nd floor to the 10th floor, we cant always guarantee a room with a view, however we will always try to accommodate this request as much as practical. Likewise, if you are part of a group and wish to stay together on the same level, please ensure you contact Reception in advance of your arrival date.
3. For the comfort of our guests, Lanai Apartments operates under a NO PARTY POLICY which means NO excessive noise or guests/visitors after 10.00pm. Management or security call outs will be charged at a rate of $100 per occasion (note: a call out may occur if complaints have been made from other guests/residents).
4. Lanai Apartments is a "Non-Smoking Complex". As such, smoking is not permitted in apartments or common areas of the property. Breaches of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees being charged.
Should you anticipate arriving, or have a scheduled arrival time, after 7pm it may be necessary for us to provide you with access to our After Hours Key Safe to let yourself in. Please contact us if you are arriving After Hours.
Departure time is no later than 10am unless prior written confirmation is received from Management. Late check-out fees may apply. Check-outs after 1pm may incur another nights accommodation.
Lanai Apartments is a "No Smoking" complex. Smoking is NOT permitted in apartments or common areas. Breach of this policy may result in additional fees being required to be charged.
