Recently built this home is situated on a leafy street walking distance to Manyana Beach and Green Island. Front and rear decks allow you to follow the sun all day long. Used as a holiday getaway cottage by the owner who has taken great care with this fairly new home. Wooden floor boards throughout and undercover verandahs with the one at the rear being extra wide for entertaining. Three bedrooms and one bathroom with an extra toilet in the laundry.
Refundable bond and booking fee payable.
Easter Long Weekend 2019 must arrive on THURSDAY/FRIDAY.

- Cleaning Fee: 50 AUD
- Up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental
- 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.
