This contemporary beach house is perfect for 2 - 3 families with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and living areas on both levels. The downstairs area also has a kitchenette/bar area and a ping pong table - great retreat for the kids! Wifi is available also!

Laundry facilities are located downstairs for your use; washing machine, iron/ironing board and a drying rack.

Coffee Machine is Nespresso, please use only compatible pods LOR or Nespresso.

This property is pet friendly, however the property is not fully fenced. Please BYO pet bed, bowls etc

This property does not provide personal linen - sheets, towels, tea towels. You are able to hire linen at time of booking, which will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival.

Important Notes:
- Linen is NOT provided at this property. Please bring your own, or alternatively, contact our office for hire details.
- Everyday items such as rubbish bags, cleaning products, soap, toilet paper etc are also not provided.
- This property has a strict 'no party policy' and guests must be over the age of 21 when booking this property.
- Strictly no schoolies, bucks or hens parties these type of bookings will be cancelled
