The open plan spacious living area is tastefully fitted out with modern furnishings and includes a full-sized kitchen with plenty of storage and cooking space.

The private master bedroom has an ensuite, the second bedroom is fitted with a queen size bed, and the third with twin beds. For a day of sand and surf, you're located just a minutes walk from Dunsborough Beach or if you're looking for that daily caffeine fix, the local cafes and shops are an easy 5-minute walk away. Plus, there are a great selection of wineries and beaches within easy driving distance, as well as local markets to enjoy...

Located on the stunning turquoise banks of Geographe Bay, Dunsborough would have to have one of the most tranquil and magnificent locations in the world. Sparkling calm clear water and white sandy Dunsborough beaches are linked to town by lush green grass and shady paths.

There are a bustling cafe atmosphere and plenty of gorgeous boutique shops. At night, there's a great vibe with brew houses, wine bars and pubs with a live music scene, restaurants and cafes. Beachfront cycleways and walking paths turn into a hiking trail through the regional park along the bay. With ideal beaches for swimming, it is also a great location for diving, snorkelling, kayaking and other water sports. There are even two golf courses!
