Time to slow down and relax.. Sit on the veranda, take in the views and watch the world go by. This recently purchased home can comfortably hold 6 guests. No need to bring your own linen. Be the first to use new mattresses, bedding and linen supplied. Walk out the door to the entrance of Innes National Park or stroll 250m down to the most beautiful Willyama beach. The Marion Bay Tavern is within walking distance, or a 2 minute drive in the car. Fishing jetty nearby. and plenty of space to park your boat.

Bed Configurations:
Room 1: This is the master bedroom with a Queen-sized bed located on the top floor. It has a west-facing sliding door overlooking the tree tops and native scrub, so you'll have shaded morning light to wake you gently. It has 2 way private bathroom with a shower only, a large flat screen TV with USB connection to bring your own movies. Includes a ceiling fan and a large 3 door wardrobe.
Room 2: This room has a bunk bed and sliding-door access to the rear balcony also facing west. Equipped with a ceiling fan and closet.
Room 3: This room at the front has a queen size bed and shares the common 2nd toilet. It has an east facing window overlooking the front yard toward the sea with a large wardrobe and a ceiling fan.

Kitchen:
Full kitchen with oven, a four-burner gas stove and a large entertainers island. Fully equipped, comes with:
Colander
Toaster
Kettle
Cutting boards
Set of sharp knives
Dishwasher
Plenty of pots/pans/cooking utensils
Wine glasses, beer glasses, champagne glasses
Tea, Coffee and Sugar

Bathrooms:
2 way ensuite to Master with a shower. Separate toilet. there is a 2nd toilet and sink between bedrooms 2 and 3.

Outdoor area:
The large covered balcony comes with a 10 seat dining table so you can enjoy the seating area in the shade at any time of day.

Laundry available for those longer stays.

Note; Marion Bay has limited grocery choice. I suggest packing food from home or last stop would be Warooka Foodworks (approx 50 km) or Yorketown Foodland (approx 70 km) from Marion Bay

Walk out the door, a few steps to the beach, turn right and follow the seaside path into Innes National Park. Enjoy the lighthouse, Stenhouse Bay, Pondalowie Beach, the old Ethel Wreck. Hike, dive, fish, explore.. Day Pass in to Innes National Park included with your stay.
