This generously proportioned house is styled with 3 living areas, a spacious deck with a big table to enjoy your BBQ or meals outdoors. The Kookaburras will wait for your tidbits, such a treat! A wood fire is the welcoming glow in winter when you arrive. Of course there is central heating throughout the house too!

Inside there are 4 bedrooms - 2 on the main ground floor, one with an ensuite, the other with it's own bathroom. A beautifully well equipped kitchen awaits your Master Chef inclinations. The dining area is just off the kitchen. There are 2 sitting rooms on this level (2 of 3), so it is a wonderful house to zone to enjoy a little peace, or gather together to watch a movie on the big TV.

The master bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen bed and also has an ensuite with a shower over the bath. Upstairs there is a wonderful family area with 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds and airconditioners, a shared bathroom and a lovely upstairs living room - perfect for taking a break or for kids to retreat to their own space. There is a sofa bed in this area too - an extra charge applies to this bed.
