All reservations require a credit card deposit of 50% of the total stay, due 48 hours prior to arrival.
Terms & Conditions:
- Parking: Secure, basement parking with lift access to the building. $20 per night.
- Payment Policy; Full Payment of any balance owing on the booking is required on check in plus a $500 pre-authorisation to cover incidentals.
- A valid passport or driver's licence and credit card in the guest's name is required at check in.
- The person(s) registering as the guest shall be liable for any loss or damage to the appliances, furniture, keys, passes, fixtures and all fittings in the Apartments, reasonable wear and tear excluded.
- 381 Cremorne is a NON-SMOKING property. A $500.00 cleaning cost will be charged to your account if this is not adhered to, to cover the cleaning of carpets, curtains, cushions, blankets, and throws. If smoking within the building triggers the fire alarm, a cost of $500.00 will apply. In the event the Fire Brigade attends to the alarm you will be responsible for full payment of the cost.
- The number of guests in the apartment at any one time shall not exceed the number of guests declared on the Guest Registration Form or permitted under the terms and conditions of the reservation. Should at any time the number of guests in the apartment exceed the number of registered guests, management reserves the right to terminate the reservation immediately, without a refund.
