We are situated on the beautiful Fishpen area of Merimbula's Main swimming & surfing beach. Grandeur are the ONLY holiday units in Fishpen which back directly onto the main beach, giving you DIRECT beach access. Enjoy Swimming, surfing, sailboarding, fishing and beachcombing which are all at your back door. It is a short, pleasant stroll to the main shopping centre and just 150m to a take away and Milk Bar. Grandeur Units boast the largest electric heated pool on the Fish pen. There is also a toddlers pool and the average temperature is around 28 degrees in Summer & 25-26 degrees in the cooler months. BBQ facilities are available.
