Offering 1,2 and 3 bedroom spacious apartments. All have magnificent views of Mermibula Lake and into the township.
Sails Luxury Apartments offers accommodation for groups, families, couples as well as the business traveller.
All apartments are tastefully decorated with private balconies/patio to sit back and relax and enjoy the stunning views.
We have spa baths in all of our apartments, except for one which is our disability access apartment.
Simply relax by our heated all year around pool, or enjoy a meal in our undercover barbeque area.
We also provide free Foxtel and WiFi. Free undercover security parking for each apartment. Boat parking is also available upon requests.
Sails Luxury Apartments is an easy 5 minute flat walk into town, restaurants, beach with a boat ramp only 2 minutes away.

We have two one bedroom apartments. One on the ground floor and one on the top floor. Both apartments have magnificent views of Merimbula Lake and into the township of Merimbula itself.
They both have spa baths, air conditioning/heating and come fully self contained with all ones needs for a enjoyable stay.
-- 2 BEDROOM --
We have 8 two bedroom two bathroom apartments. Four situated on the bottom floor and four on the top floor. The two bedroom apartments are very spacious and sleep 4 people.
They can sleep 5 people with a fold out bed at a small extra cost. All apartments boasts magnificent views of Merimbula Lake and into the township of Merimbula itself. They all have spa baths except for our disability access apartment.
All apartments have air conditioning/heating and come fully self contained with all ones needs for a enjoyable stay.
-- 3 BEDROOM --
We have one very large three bedroom two bathroom apartment. This apartments has one queen size bed in the main bedroom and two single beds in each other bedroom.
This apartments sleeps 6 people or 7 very comfortably with a fold out bed at a small extra cost.
The apartment has a very large kitchen/dining/living room area which overlooks our heated pool, Merimbula Lake and into the township of Merimbula itself.
It also has air conditioning/heating and comes fully self contained with all ones needs for a enjoyable stay.
-- DISABILITY ACCESS APARTMENT --
We only have one Disability Access Apartment which offers wider hallways, roll in shower and various other inclusions to make ones stay very comfortable.
Please note that this apartment does not have a spa bath.

Rates from 276 AUD per night
- Check-in after: 3:00:00 PM
- Check-out before: 9:00:00 AM
- Up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental
- 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.
The rates are based on the max occupancy for each apartment.
1 bedroom occupancy: 2 people
2 bedroom occupancy: 4 people
3 bedroom occupancy: 6 people
Extra person: $50.00
Christmas or Easter Holiday Bookings
If the reservation is cancelled 60 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund minus a $100 administration fee.
If the reservation is cancelled (or made and then cancelled) less than 60 days prior to the planned date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
CONDITIONS OF BOOKINGS
A pre-authorisation check may be done on credit card bookings.
Only guests staying at Sails Luxury Apartments are able to use the pool and BBQ facilities.
No refunds will be given for early departures.
All accounts must be settled upon arrival.
Towels are not to be used to polish/clean shoes or to remove make-up.
A fee of $200 will be charged if the apartment is not left clean and tidy.
Strictly no pets allowed.
Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10pm and 8.30am.
No smoking permitted in the apartments.
Parents must supervise children in the pool.
No food or drink is permitted in the pool area.
No illegal drugs allowed on premises.
Parents must supervise children at all times.
Any damage to the apartments has to be reported to management.
