- A refundable bond is required per booking which will be refunded upon cleaner inspection after your stay.
*This property is pet-friendly. You are welcome to bring your favorite furry friend so long as they are kept in the enclosed yard during the day and you bring a dog bed for them to sleep on inside at night.

- Cleaning Fee: 250 AUD
- Up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental
- 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.

PET - FRIENDLY CONDITIONS:
The Following conditions apply if you have a Pet:
- We are advised prior to your arrival that there will be pets on the premises
- You clean up after your pet in every way (excrement must be wrapped and placed in bins)
- Damage to garden or any other property is rectified or replaced immediately.
- BYO bedding - pets must not sleep on beds, couches, or any other part of the furniture.
- BYO food bowls.
- Pets are not to be left unattended inside the house at any time.
- Pets are kept outside the house.
- Poo Patrol is done prior to departure.
- No puppies are permitted to any property (dogs under the age of 1 year is classified as a puppy).
