The rate is $130 per night plus $10 per guest after two people and an exit cleaning fee of $50.

Rates from 130 AUD to 150 AUD per night
- Check-in after: 2:00:00 PM
- Check-out before: 10:00:00 AM
- Cleaning Fee: 50 AUD
- Up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental
- 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.
- Extra guests to be charged $50pp
- The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival.
- The guest will be charged the first night if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
- If the guest doesnt show up they will be charged the total price.
- The guest will be charged a prepayment of the first night after reservation.
- You'll accept prepayment by: Credit card. You'll refund within: 7 days.
