Beautifully furnished in a contemporary Australian style, this upstairs apartment has a huge outdoor deck overlooking the tropical gardens with magnificent uninterrupted views of the Coral Sea and Dunk Island.

The spacious living / dining / kitchen area opens onto the deck inviting you to relax as soon as you enter the apartment. Walk through to the private undercover retreat area where you can relax, read a book and potter around the herb garden. Situated away from the living area, you ll find two large bedrooms, laundry and a refurbished bathroom.

Comfortably accommodating four guests, the main bedroom has a queen bed, wall mounted TV and air conditioning. The second bedroom has two single beds, which can be made up into a king bed if required, complete with wall mounted TV and air conditioning.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to make your holiday as relaxing as possible, and to stock up, Woolworth's is just a 5 minute drive away.

Local restaurants are within walking distance, with several located at Mission Beach Village, just 5km north of Wongalinga.

You can do as much or as little of what you like on your holiday at Wongalinga.

The water taxi is just down the beach to take you to nearby islands for a day or exploring with a picnic lunch, you can snorkel or dive off the Great Barrier Reef, or try your hand at kayaking, sailing, fishing, croc spotting, bird watching or bush walking. Want more excitement? Try white water rafting, skydiving or jet skiing.

Otherwise, just relax and sit by the resort pool and soak up some sunshine.
