The Master Suite located on the upper level has a flowing entry, grand proportions with amazing views of the bay and the city skyline. Configured with a walk-in robe & ensuite, featuring a double vanity and shower. Adjacent is an elevated spacious circular spa bath, perfect for sitting back and having a glass of bubbles, and looking out amongst the treetops and the bay in the background! If you are after a wonderful romantic getaway look no further than this property! The second bedroom, also located on the upper level, is equipped with a Queen bed and is beautifully decorated.
The main living zone also comes complete with a central powder room for your convenience.

Located downstairs are another 2 luxuriously appointed Queen bedded rooms. These rooms share an ultra-modern central bathroom complete with a corner bath. For those wanting to accommodate additional guests, there is an option to set up 2 x Trundle beds in another Living zone/Study upstairs, ideally accommodating children, at an additional cost of $50 per person, per night.

* Living and Dining *

The indoor living zones are located upstairs, are encased in glass, and open onto a huge Merbau alfresco deck and entertainment area. The views are sublime and totally uninterrupted. The large central kitchen with Caesar stone benches, glass splashbacks, 5 burner gas cooktop, double oven, and an amazing walk-in butlers pantry and dining area, is the social pinnacle of the entire property - again with beautiful views! The living and dining areas are beautifully appointed with contemporary decor, creating an interior with a relaxed comfortable, and luxurious feel to it. There are another 2 living zones upstairs, perfect for those wanting some privacy to kick back and read the newspaper or have a quiet drink. There are 3 TV's in this property, one mounted in the downstairs bedroom, one in the office, and a huge wall-mounted state-of-the-art OLed in the living area. The OLed has Foxtel, amazon prime, Netflix, and all streaming services. The other two can also have services streamed to them.
