A lovely relaxing hideaway in a natural setting with wending streets and native trees. Ideal for families looking for a relaxing beachside getaway. Located in a quiet street only a 3 minute walk to spectacular Ocean Beaches, coastal walking tracks and popular Koonya General Store and Cafe.

Please be aware that the Mornington shire has strict guidelines that effect holiday rentals. These include restricting who can stay and the behaviour and activities of guests while occupying holiday rentals. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings that we feel don't comply.

Living Space -
The main open plan living space has timber floorboards, seaside blue palette, is drenched in natural light and has views of the surrounding greenery through floor to ceiling windows and huge sliding door which extends the space onto the spacious rear deck with BBQ, alfresco dining and shade umbrella. The lounge room has two cosy couches around the fireplace as well as reverse-cycle air conditioning,

Kitchen & Dining -
Behind the lounge is dining for 6-8 people, breakfast bench with stools for 4 people, and kitchen with plenty of bench space and natural light.

Bedrooms -
All the bedrooms have tranquil views and simple decor to promote relaxation. Bedding is supplied but you will need to bring your own sheets, pillow cases, and towels. If you would like the beds made up for you please let us know in advance and we can arrange a linen pack for an extra fee.

Bedroom 1: 1 Queen bed and walk in robe.
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed and Trundle bed.
Bedroom 3: 2 King Single beds plus a trundle bed. The single beds can be joined to create 1 King bed, just let us know prior to you stay if you're hiring a linen pack

Bathroom -
The main bathroom has shower, vanity, and toilet; and there is also a European laundry with washing machine.

No Schoolies or Party style bookings
If you book and disregard the above then we reserve the right to cancel the booking, or ask you to vacate the premises immediately, with full loss of your payment.
