Located in a quiet court just over 1 km from the popular Tyrone Beach, this spacious and light filled Beach House offers 4 Bedrooms, including detached bunk house/games room, 2 Bathrooms, all the comfort and convenience of home and a lovely, peaceful garden.

Please be aware that the Mornington shire has strict guidelines that effect holiday rentals. These include restricting who can stay and the behaviour and activities of guests while occupying holiday rentals. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings that we feel don't comply.

The Space:

Oasis on Grange is a stylish beach house sitting peacefully within an established garden. All the rooms get lovely natural light and delightful views of the garden. Relaxing is a breeze in the main living area with reverse-cycle air-conditioning over the lounge, dining, and fully equipped kitchen. Adjoining the living room is a spacious conservatory with dining setting overlooking the garden for enjoyable and laid back mealtimes, no matter what the weather. At the front of the house is a second lounge area offering a quiet retreat to enjoy a book.

Sleeping Configurations:

- 1st Bedroom with Tri-bunk–double with a single on top–as well as a Single trundle bed.

- 2nd Bedroom with Queen bed.

- 3rd Bedroom with with King bed and full ensuite (Master Bedroom)

- 4th Bedroom: beside the main house is a separate spacious bungalow with two sets of king single bunks and large doors that open onto the garden.

Linen and towels provided.

The Main Bathroom has shower, handbasin, and toilet, as well as a European style laundry with washer and dryer.

Free Wifi is available for guests.

Outdoor zones: Two fully fenced garden and entertaining areas provide plenty of space for the whole family to sprawl out. Out the back is a newly landscape retreat with a fire pit, while the generous lawned area is dappled with light through mature trees, and a day bed invites guests to relax comfortably outside.

Please note that the garage is not available for guest use.

The Area:

Blairgowrie Village, with all your fresh produce and grocery needs as well as cafes and boutique shops, is only 4 minutes drive along the beautiful coast line. 6 minutes in the opposite direction brings you to the bustle of Rye Foreshore with restaurants, cafes, supermarket, clothing stores, ice-creameries and much more!

No Schoolies or Party style bookings. If you book and disregard the above then we reserve the right to cancel the booking, or ask you to vacate the premises immediately, with full loss of your payment.
