Welcome to our cozy family holiday retreat, just 450 meters from the pristine Rosebud foreshore Bay beach and walking trail! This delightful property offers a fantastic location with the convenience of Rosebud Shopping Plaza only a leisurely 15-20 minute walk along the beachfront.

The lounge room beckons with its large couch, TV, and surround sound, creating an ideal spot for relaxation within the open-plan living space. Additionally, a study area equipped with board games, books, a desk, and a computer provides a quiet space for reading or catching up on work.

The fully-equipped kitchen boasts a 10-seater dining table, a 3-seat breakfast bar, and a range of amenities including a Westinghouse oven, gas cooktop, microwave, toaster, kettle, sandwich press, dishwasher, and Espressotoria System coffee pod machine and everything needed to prepare holiday feasts.

For family fun, head to the games room downstairs, where you'll find a foosball table, billiard table, table tennis table, Wii and Xbox consoles, as well as a selection of kids' games. The room also offers a TV, comfortable couches, and a round table and chairs, with easy access to the outside.

Convenience is key with a fully equipped laundry featuring a washing machine and dryer, along with an iron, ironing board, clothes horse, vacuum, porta cot, and baby bath.

Outside, enjoy a BBQ on the spacious deck.

For added comfort, the property includes air conditioning in the kitchen and ducted heating throughout.

Bedroom 1 features 2 single beds and a sofa bed, providing comfortable accommodation for a small group or family.

Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed, a walk-through robe, and an ensuite with a shower, toilet, and basin. A ceiling fan ensures a pleasant climate during your stay. Please note, Bedroom 2 is accessed through Bedroom 1, with no door separating these interconnecting rooms.

Bedroom 3 has another queen bed, wardrobe, and a ceiling fan for added comfort.

Bedroom 4 is perfect for the kids, featuring a tribunk (single over double), a single bed, wardrobe, and ceiling fan.

The main bathroom offers a relaxing bath, a shower, and a basin, while a separate toilet adds convenience for guests.
