Just 400 metres from the foreshore, this newly built studio offers a relaxing coastal escape for two. Named after the Egyptian Ankh, a symbol of “life” and the breath of life, it’s a bright, modern space designed for simple comfort, giving you a calm base to enjoy time by the beach.

Positioned between the calm bay beaches and the rugged back beaches, you’re in a great pocket of the Peninsula. Wineries, breweries and the hot springs are all within a short drive, and nearby Blairgowrie, Sorrento and Portsea are close enough for a slow afternoon wander. Start the morning with a stroll to the local café, and finish the day with one of Tootgarook’s colourful summer sunsets.

The space
Completed in 2025, the studio is thoughtfully set up with a king bed with quality linen, a private ensuite, walk in robe, TV and WiFi. The kitchenette includes a microwave, mini-fridge, toaster, kettle and Nespresso pod machine, along with the basics for a relaxed breakfast or simple meals. A neat courtyard gives you your own outdoor spot to unwind.

Guest access
You’ll have full use of the private studio with its fenced patio and coded side gate. Parking is right out the front for easy access.

Smoking and vaping are prohibited throughout the property, including all indoor and outdoor areas.

Strictly No Schoolies or Party style bookings.
If you book and disregard the above then we reserve the right to cancel the booking, or ask you to vacate the premises immediately, with full loss of your payment.
