--Property Description--
Two storey holiday house with new swimming pool. Plenty of outdoor entertaining on ground floor and large upstairs deck/balcony with panoramic views across bay. House has 4 bedrooms and can sleep 8-9 guests.

Upstairs has an open plan kitchen/dining/living area. This area has a large reverse cycle air conditioner. The Living area includes a large couch and wall mounted digital TV with Apple TV. Dining seats 8 people, and the kitchen comes with all modern appliances including coffee machine and microwave. There is an island bench with 3 stools.

The outdoor deck upstairs has magnificent bay views including city views. There is a Weber BBQ and outdoor table and chairs seating 8-10 upstairs. There is a large manual awning to protect from the sun when required.

Downstairs has a 2nd living area for the kids, with PS3, Netflix, Wall Mounted TV. There is also a large selection of books, toys and games available. This area opens to back yard and outdoor entertaining. There is an undercover deck with table and chairs, large lawn with enclosed trampoline, new swimming pool with solar heating, lounges and chairs. Pool has a large deck and is fully enclosed.

There is a laundry with washing machine and dryer downstairs.
