This clever single level home features extensive glazing to capture the natural light and to allow you to enjoy the beautiful north facing rear garden surrounds that will be a pleasure for your family to enjoy.
The house has 3 bedrooms, family bathroom, open plan living with reverse cycle air conditioning and large outdoor with undercover entertaining and lawn with childrens play equipment.
The Kitchen has an island bench with 3 stools and includes microwave and coffee machine.
Indoor Dining seats 6.
Living area comes with 2 couches, gas fireplace, reverse cycle air conditioning, wall mounted TV with Apple TV, Netflix, Dvd Player and Ipod Bose Speaker.
There is a Laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Outdoors there is a 5 burner BBQ, outdoor table that seats 8 undercover, day bed and large back lawn with enclosed trampoline, cubby house and swing set.
Front of house has off street parking for 3 cars, a basketball ring, and house is just a 5 minute walk to the beach and 20 minute walk (or 2 min drive) to Mt Martha Village.
There is Wifi and the house is pet friendly on application.

Pricing
Rates from 500 AUD per night
- Check-in after: 3:00:00 PM
- Check-out before: 10:00:00 AM
- Bond: 1,000 AUD
- Cleaning Fee: 100 AUD
- Up to 90 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental
- 90 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.
No party/function.
BBQ must be left clean otherwise an additional cleaning fee of $60 will be charged.
Strictly no pets permitted without the express prior approval from the owner. There is a $1000 penalty if pets are brought to the property without permission from us. There must be no signs left of the pet inside or outside when you leave if you gain permission to bring pets.
No parties are to be held during your stay. Music must not disturb neighbours. The definition of a party is large numbers of people over and above those stated on the rental application, or loud music which may be disturbing to the neighbours bond forfeiture will apply.
Strictly no smoking indoors a fee of $1000 will apply if signs of smoking inside has occured. Any signs left of smoking outside will also incur a fee of $200. Make sure there are no butts left outside !!
