The open plan kitchen/dining/living looks out to the back deck, swimming pool and lawn. This area also features reverse cycle air conditioning. Kitchen has large island bench with 4 stools, Miele appliances, steam and regular oven, thermomix and microwave.
Indoor dining seats 8 guests.
The living area features couches, chairs, coffee table, fireplace and wall mounted large Smart TV Netflix, Foxtel etc.
There is a separate powder room before you enter the Master Bedroom which opens to the back deck as well.
Laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Outdoor deck is undercover and features lighting, sound speakers, table and chairs to seat 8, BBQ and Fusbal table.
Behind lawn area is a firepit in its own separate area.
Swimming pool is enclosed and has lounges and chairs.

Pricing
Rates from 1,100 AUD per night
- Check-in after: 2:00:00 PM
- Check-out before: 10:00:00 AM
- Bond: 2,000 AUD
- Cleaning Fee: 200 AUD
- Up to 90 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental
- 90 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.
No party/function.
BBQ must be left clean otherwise an additional cleaning fee of $60 will be charged.
Strictly no pets permitted without the express prior approval from the owner. There is a $1000 penalty if pets are brought to the property without permission from us. There must be no signs left of the pet inside or outside when you leave if you gain permission to bring pets.
No parties are to be held during your stay. Music must not disturb neighbours. The definition of a party is large numbers of people over and above those stated on the rental application, or loud music which may be disturbing to the neighbours bond forfeiture will apply.
Strictly no smoking indoors a fee of $1000 will apply if signs of smoking inside has occured. Any signs left of smoking outside will also incur a fee of $200. Make sure there are no butts left outside !!
