--Property Description--
Beautiful Tree House with additional Cottage, overlooking nature reserve, located in a quiet street in the beachside town of Mount Martha.
Through the entrance is a Lounge room with Smart TV (Netflix), working fireplace, couches and piano. Then down a couple of steps to open plan Dining/Kitchen. Kitchen has all appliances including microwave and has a bench with four stools. Dining table seats six. Through the Dining area is Living Room with computer/tv (Netflix), games and couch. Living area opens up to large outdoor deck with undercover and open areas. Undercover are lounges to sit and relax on a sunny day. Open deck looks over nature reserve and has table and chairs, lounges, large umbrella and stools by balustrade. There is a cubby house for kids and a 4 burner BBQ. There is also a Cottage in the backyard.
Split system air conditioner in living room.
There is a laundry with washing machine and clothesline, ducted heating and wifi.
Off Street undercover parking is available.

$3000 per week during High Season
$2400 per week during other school holidays
$1700 for long weekends
Other times = $500 per night (minimum 3 nights)

Pricing
Rates from 500 AUD per night
- Check-in after: 3:00:00 PM
- Check-out before: 10:00:00 AM
- Bond: 1,500 AUD
- Cleaning Fee: 150 AUD
- Up to 90 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental
- 90 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.
No party/function.
BBQ must be left clean otherwise an additional cleaning fee of $60 will be charged.
Strictly no pets permitted without the express prior approval from the owner. There is a $1000 penalty if pets are brought to the property without permission from us. There must be no signs left of the pet inside or outside when you leave if you gain permission to bring pets.
No parties are to be held during your stay. Music must not disturb neighbours. The definition of a party is large numbers of people over and above those stated on the rental application, or loud music which may be disturbing to the neighbours bond forfeiture will apply.
Strictly no smoking indoors a fee of $1000 will apply if signs of smoking inside has occured. Any signs left of smoking outside will also incur a fee of $200. Make sure there are no butts left outside !!
