Rates from 450 AUD to 600 AUD per night

- Check-out before: 10:00:00 AM
- Cleaning Fee: 33 AUD
- Up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 0% of the rental
- 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.
Owner's service fee of $32.50 will be included under the cleaning fee. The security payment may be $500, $1000 or $2000 depending on the property features.
