Situated close to the boat ramp, over looking a spacious lawned area in front of your own old fashioned "boat shed" set out from the river bank allowing for the breeze to circulate while enjoying time on the river.

The Older style home has gone through a recent make over, opening up the living area, adding more windows and a large out door decking and lounge area.

Please note it is recommended that guests do not swim or have water craft in the area between the boat shed and the bank, nor bring boats in to the bank due to submerged rocks- there is plenty of room in and around the shed for any activities, and water craft to be securely moored.
