A two storey 1900 worker's cottage that has been given a loving refresh. Islington Muse has a sense of peace and happiness within, that everyone feels upon entering.
It is a stimulating retreat for anyone who wants to get away for a few days or a few weeks to either enjoy themselves by just kicking back or exploring Newcastle and all that this area has to offer (which is a lot).
Original artworks, antique furniture that is not too precious, quirky objects, and lots of sunlight fill this happy haven. A West facing bedroom has a balcony upon which sunset drinks are a must. The East bedroom is a morning room, back from the street and a view of the near by Mortion Bay Figs.
A kitchen that has everything (except a microwave) you need to create wonderful meals.
A covered outdoor sitting and dining area that is perfect on a hot day or even a rainy day.
A small but happy garden space that is perfect for your dog, if you are travelling with your dear pet.
Wifi is available for all your needs.
Islington Muse is in walking distance to some great cafes, Suspenion and Roller Door, and the Hamilton Rail station. And it is only a 15 minute walk into the heart of Hunter Street. By the way there is a great dog park across the road.
