Telegraph Retreat Cottages are located at Telegraph Point, 15 minutes north of the coastal tourist town of Port Macquarie on the mid north coast of New South Wales, and just a four hour drive north of Sydney.
Three purpose built holiday homes, each with their own hot tub, are located in private settings on a nine acre hinterland property. This accommodation is perfect for a romantic couples's getaway, family holiday or a short break escape in the country for group accommodation of up to 16 people. Cottages have log fires, full kitchens and barbecues. There is a heated outdoor pool, children's playground, forest trail walk and lots of cuddly animals. Reconnect with nature, stargaze and take time to reconnect at Telegraph Retreat.
FEDERATION SPA HOUSE
This two storey house can accommodate up to seven people with two bedrooms downstairs - a queen and a twin/king - and an open loft area upstairs with a double bed and single sofa bed, allowing guests the choice of enjoying a romantic getaway for two, a perfect family holiday or a great location for a group of friends relaxing together.
This self contained spa cottage accommodation, located 35m from the hosts' residence, provides guests with privacy and wide sweeping return verandas, which provide ample room for everyone to find their own place to relax.
Children are welcome and always love to hand feed our ducks, goats and donkeys and to help collect the chicken eggs. There is a kids playground, table tennis and air hockey tables and a private outdoor barbecue area.
The cottage has a family sized outdoor spa and is situated 50m from the heated swimming pool.

LAVENDER SPA COTTAGE
Relax in the intimacy of our premium romantic spa cottage. Decorated in a French provincial style, individual in its character and decor and surrounded by bush and native gardens.
Lavender Spa Cottage boasts a deluxe king size four poster bed with hi-top mattress.
Soak in your own private spa pool and be serenaded by the local bird life. This self contained spa cottage accommodation, located in a private area at the top of the property is designed for couples but can accommodate one extra child on a trundle bed.
Wood burning fires with an endless supply of firewood and a hot bubbling spa make winter breaks idyllic.

GARDENIA SPA COTTAGE
Relax in the intimacy of this luxury romantic spa cottage. Surrounded by bush and native gardens - be serenaded by the local bird life that call this beautiful cottage home while you soak in your own private spa pool. This self contained spa cottage accommodation, located in a private area next to the forest walk is designed for couples but can accommodate one or two extra children on the sofabed.
Wood burning fires with an endless supply of firewood and a hot bubbling spa make winter breaks idyllic. The cool shade of the trees in summer and the wide deck with visiting wallabies and birdlife all contribute to a relaxing stay.

- Up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental
- 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.
CANCELLATION POLICY
NSW Christmas & Easter school holiday and long weekend bookings payable in full 30 days prior to arrival and if cancelled tariff is refunded only if cottage is re-booked for entire period booked or part thereof at our discretion. Administration fee of $50 will be deducted from any refund.
For all other times:
More than 30 days cancellation notice - full refund minus administration fee of $50.
Less than 30 days notice but more than 10 days - deposit will be forfeited.
Less than 10 days notice (including non arrival) - full payment of period booked unless cottage re-let.
In all instances every reasonable effort will be made to re-book the cottage. Administration fee of $50 will be deducted from any refund made.
Guests are recommended to purchase adequate travel insurance. Our local Flight Centre offers travel insurance for our guests, contact us for details.
All cancellations will incur a $50 administration charge.
Regular part deposit payments will be accepted for bookings more than 6 months prior to arrival.
Date changes are subject to our discretion but cannot be accommodated if change is advised less than ten days from stay, or 30 days in NSW Christmas and Easter school holidays. Changes are subject to the same terms as cancellations.
Normal check in time is from 2pm (3pm in NSW school holidays) and check out by 10am but may vary with notice. A fee of $50 may be levied for late departure where incoming guests may be inconvenienced.
Every effort will be made to provide your cottage of choice but we reserve the right to alter this for operational purposes.
We reserve the right to charge to your credit card any damage however caused or cleaning beyond the normal of a reasonable guest. Cottages must be left in a clean and tidy condition with all dishes washed and put away.
You and your guests must not damage any of our Property. You are liable for and indemnify us against all loss or damage (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) incurred or suffered directly or indirectly in connection with the use of our Porperty by you or any of your guests.
"Property" means the property known as Telegraph Retreat located at 126 Federation Way, Telegraph Point New South Wales, Australia and all of our other real or personal property located within or on the Property.
Payment of a deposit is acknowledgement & acceptance of these terms and conditions.
