Billa Billa Farm Cottages

Billa Billa Farm Cottages specialises in relaxing holiday accommodation as well as educational student tours.

We have four comfortable and spacious, 2 bedroom cottages, fully equipped for 8 people, in a picturesque farm environment. One cottage is wheelchair accessible and user friendly.

Each cottage has a king size bed and six single beds, or can be 8 single beds, a large bathroom, wood fire heated lounge room and fully equipped kitchen. There are gas BBQS on the large verandas.

All bedding, linen and towels are provided.

There are many bush walking tracks, farm animals to feed, birds, flora and wildlife to enjoy.

The cottages were built in 1990, in the local style of solid Jarrah cladding, high ceilings and skylights . We renovated, repainted and reopened in 2012. We are delighted to be reopened and really enjoying the new life guests bring to the farm and being able to offer affordable, comfortable accommodation to people looking for some peace and quiet, down to earth time with their family and friends.

Each cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooking, fridge and microwave. There is a pot belly wood fire in the lounge room for heating and fans for our mild summers. The master bedroom has a king size bed and two singles or can be made into four single beds for tour groups, the second bedroom has four single beds, all linen, spare blankets and towels are provided. Cottage 4 is wheelchair accessible, with an entry ramp, handrails in the bathroom, flat shower base and hand basins at the appropriate height. There are gas BBQs on the large verandas.

Each cottage is self contained for 8 people.

-- Technology on the farm --
Technology is not easy to get a break from and can be essential for those needing to contact home or business while on holidays. So we're trying to make it available but still provide the opportunity for families to have some technology free - enjoy the fresh air and each other time!

Mobile phone reception is patchy, with Telstra having by far the best range in the district, followed by Optus. Each cottage has a TV with DVD player and a selection of DVDs, enjoy a break from TV as TV reception would require satellite dishes on each cottage so is not available. The DVDs have hard drive plug in so you can bring extra entertainment with you if desired. There is Wi-Fi available in the front paddock (!) but not to the cottages, please ask the staff for the password. You are welcome to use the internet or telephone at reception if necessary or enjoy the opportunity to unplug!

We are 1 km to the Mundi biddi trail, 19kms to Walpole town site, 10 minutes to Thurlby Herb Farm, which does delicious morning, afternoon teas and lunches. 25 minutes scenic drive to the Valley of the Giants Tree top walk, 15km to Mt. Frankland and Fernhook Falls on the Deep River.

Rates start at $130 per night for 2 people + $20 per person per night for non - peak periods . Peak period / school holidays = $140 per night + $20 per night for each extra person, per night.

2-year-olds and under stay free, with a portable cot and highchair available. We have a two-night minimum stay during school holidays.
