An ensuite room with disabled access, is just right for an overnight stay. Comfortable room with all your basic needs, in a quiet location over looking the garden and with parking at your door. We will personally welcome you to ensure you are settled in comfortably.
Sofie the dog will take you for a guided walk to the river or farm dams, if you're up to it, to try to spot a platypus.
The ensuite room has a full size fridge and microwave, limited crockery and cutlery, which lets you prepare basic meals. The tea and coffee making facilities are also in your room. The queen bed and single bed are comfortable for a short stay on the rural property. Electric room heating will keep you snuggly in winter.
Your bathroom is wheelchair friendly and meets the Australian standards. There are rails around the toilet and in the shower. We also provide an adjustable hand held shower and a shower stool for your convenience.
Through the entry to your ensuite room, you will see the laundry facilites which allows you to freshen up your holiday outfits.
Bridport Village is just a couple of minutes drive from your accommodation, where you will find a restaurant, hotels and shops servicing all your needs.

Pricing
Rates from 110 AUD per night
- Check-in after: 2:00:00 PM
- Check-out before: 10:00:00 AM
- Up to 7 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental
- 7 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.
There is a 20% cancellation fee on all bookings. Cancellations within 48 hours of your stay incurs a 100% cancellation fee.
All extra guests must be checked in and paid for on arrival.
We are a non-smoking property and we do not accept pets.
Smoking is permitted outside the accommodation only.
An extra cleaning fee of $200 may apply should these conditions be breeched.
All damages will be paid for by guests.
A valid credit card number is required on check in.
