Welcome to Smithton, in the beautiful far North-West of Tasmania where you'll find Rosie's Town House, nestled snugly near the town centre, lovingly tended by the owners, Rose and Geoff Walker. It has 2 bedrooms, the main bedroom with the highest standard queen bed and top quality linen, has bi-fold doors opening up to the living area. All beds are of the best standard with quality linen etc.

The roomy marble bathroom has conventional shower as well as a rain shower. Lounge area is furnished with comfy leather couches, wide flat screen tv, dvd and cd player. Kitchen features stainless steel appliances, full size stove and fridge. There is also top load washing machine and tumble drier. Heating and cooling is supplied by a split system air conditioner. Rosie's Town House has large windows with a lovely sunny aspect. The balcony also gets lovely afternoon sun. Undercover parking is provided under the Town House.
