This house is a classic 70's split level home. It allows adults to enjoy the evenings with the kids upstairs in the rumpus room or eventually asleep in the bedroom wing. Two verandahs and an alfresco deck offer even more opportunities to read a whole page of your holiday book while the rest of the household have their fun in the many nooks and crannies the house accommodates. Pick garden herbs, walk to the lake or reserve, or in winter, settle around a glowing fire and enjoy the east-west aspect from sun up to sunset.

The bed configurations are as follows:
- Master bedroom with Queen
- 2nd bedroom with Double
- 3rd bedroom with King Single
- Downstairs bedroom with 1 x double and adjacent 1 x single

The place is big, old and full of character.

The bathrooms have good showers and there is a sunken bath too and again, these are classic seventies retro rooms - in good order but if you like modern, again please choose another property. We love our place and hope you do too but we have noticed folk want a lot for a low tariff. We are very reasonably priced for the size of the property but don't pretend to be more than we are.
