The bedrooms contain built-in mirrored wardrobes, with one bedroom containing a queen bed, and the other having two extra large single beds. In the lounge room, the lounge folds out to provide an additional double bed. Quality bed linens and bathroom towels are provided for your comfort and convenience.
There is a full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, and family sized refrigerator and freezer, and an eat in area.
The bathroom is equipped with shower, bath, and hair dryer.
Separate lounge room and dining area. LED television and DVD player is provided for your entertainment. Free WiFi is included. There is a balcony overlooking the park.
The apartment has its own internal laundry with washer, drying and ironing facilities.

The cleaning fee is really the linen costs associated to each stay. I ask that all my guests treat my apartment with care. Make up stains, bleaching, hair dye product stains on linen and towels is the responsibility of the guests. A fee will be charged for the replacement of damaged linen and towels.
